Keeping You Informed

We aim to keep you informed about everything that is going on in school.  We have developed a number of systems to make sure you are always kept up to date.

However, we can only contact you if we have your current details.  Please make sure you tell the school administrator if there are any changes to your mobile number, address or email address.


Receive your communications via email.

As an accredited Eco-School we are always seeking ways to reduce the amount we consume.  Our email system enables us to save both paper and the costs of reproduction. It also means that you are able to keep an electronic record of all school communications. No more letters left at the bottom of bags, stuck in class drawers or dropped in corridors!  You will receive all the letters that are sent out.

You can, if you wish, set yourself up with multiple email addresses so that all parents and carers can receive the emails.

Pay via Parent Pay

Parent Pay is a secure payment service that enables you to pay for any school service on-line.  Once you have signed up you will be able to pay for most school activities using the service. Parent pay can be used to pre-order your child's school lunches from Monday 25th November 2019.

It is possible to set up more than one parent on Parent Pay, which will be very useful for parents who are not the primary carers.

What do I do if I want to sign up?

Contact the school  You will be given a password and username and will be able to begin using the system immediately.

Seesaw is a simple way for teachers and students to record and share what's happening in the classroom.

Parents are only notified about their own child’s work, and all data is safe and secure.


Receive Urgent/ Important Messages via Text

Our text messaging system means that we can send out urgent or important messages to your mobiles.  If a club is cancelled or if there are problems due to bad weather, or reminders about trips etc, we can let you know immediately. 

What do I do if I want to sign up?

Contact and let her know your mobile number.  Unfortunately each child can only have one preferred mobile number.
