Senedd
The School Senedd leads pupil voice at Rhydypenau Primary, ensuring pupils are listened to and valued. Each year we have a democratic election where children from Years 3-6 are elected as members of our Pupil Voice groups; Criw Cymraeg, Rights and Values, Eco, Healthy Schools and Senedd.
Pupils take on leadership roles and responsibilities and play an active part in improving school life for everyone.
Our Senedd is made up of six Year 6 pupils, including a First Minister and Secretary.
The Senedd brings together pupil's voices through:
-
Pupil's voice drop in sessions and suggestion boxes,
-
Meeting with pupil voice groups to discuss action plans, progress and impact,
-
Leading meetings and assemblies to give feedback to pupils.
